Description
About the artist
Haycock was born in Warwickshire where he still lives. He studied at the Nuneaton School of Art and Coventry College of Art Design. He worked as an illustrator but has an exceptional talent for painting horses and so became a professional artist in 1982. In 1984 he won 2nd prize in the Horse and Hound Centenary Competition. He is best known for his hunting scenes of hunts like the Quorn. This example is quite special. Haycock is a very collectible artist.
