When you purchase a painting through our website we will collect personal data such as your name, address, phone number and email address. When you contact us through the website we will collect your name and email address.
Payment details are processed directly through PayPal. We do not retain any payment details.

We use your personal data for two processes:
- To process your online payment of a painting from J Swan Fine Art. As part of this process you have the option, but are not required to, set up an account with us.
- To respond to direct contact queries through the website.
As part of both of these processes your contact details will be used to send you email correspondence regarding your order or query.
Data may also be processed for internal analysis as part of our research and development of our website and services.

Data will be stored online in the secure website plugin Woocommerce. It will be processed through WordPress secured website with SSL encryption. Secure log ins are required to access the website which are only available to business partners at J Swan Fine Art.

We will hold your personal information for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity.

Under the GDPR, we respect the right of data subjects to access and control their personal data. You can request that J Swan Fine Art deletes any personal information we hold about you at any time but contacting us directly.
